1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to all EU member states, as well as the UK, Norway, and Switzerland.

2. Processing Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Custom or backordered items may take longer; estimated timeframes will be communicated at checkout or via email.

3. Delivery Timeframes

·       Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

·       Express shipping: 1–3 business days

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Orders above €250 may qualify for free shipping, depending on the region.

5. Import Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped within the EU are inclusive of VAT and should not incur additional charges. For orders to non-EU countries, local import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.

7. Failed Deliveries / Return to Sender
If a delivery is missed and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional fees may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
Please report damaged or lost parcels within 5 business days of delivery or expected delivery. We'll investigate and either resend or refund your order in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
