2. Terms of Service

By using this website and placing orders through it, you agree to the following terms:

A binding contract is formed when you complete your order and receive an order confirmation email. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR), inclusive of applicable VAT for EU customers. Customers outside the EU may be responsible for import duties or local VAT.

3. Consumer Rights

3.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)

EU consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days without giving a reason.

  • Cover the return shipping costs unless the product is defective

4.2 Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays or failures due to events beyond our control (force majeure)

Nothing in this policy limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
